PYRO's Fire Fresh Pizza

First time trying. It was AMAZING! The staff that worked this morning were so kind and service was fast. My only complaint is, I think there should be garbage cans so guests can discard their own garbage. Staff was super busy with customers. I felt terrible for them. But they kept a smile on their faces 😁

Over cooked pizza. It was way to hard. About 9 tables were left dirty our whole stay and they were not busy at all. We had 3 pizzas made at the same time and only relieved 2. Took an extra 10 min for us to get our 3rd. I had to go up and ask why it wasn't ready. Finally got it after they said they didn't know who it belonged too. Too much play and sitting around on phones. Terrible service with bad attitudes.

We dined in on 6/26/22. We ordered 2 entree pizzas and 2 drinks. I watched as an employee took 2 pizzas to another table that had ordered after us. Then after about 10 minutes that customer walked over to ask what we had on our pizzas as he thought those may be ours. And they were. I took them up to the counter to request fresh ones and the man cooking pizza told the one who took them out that he had been told to check the ticket before he put on a table.
