Tire dept is an unorganized joke. no one answers the phone. Tire info sketchy at best. Told that I have to get appt to get tires installed. show up at appt time only to find out that they are 2 hrs behind because of WALKUPS! WTF!!? Always seems to be short staffed. Staff is nice enough but the only thing coming out of their mouths are excuses, excuses, excuses. EXTREMELY frustrating!!! BTW, how about putting 2 people as door checkers.... The employees here r very rude non communicative very unprofessional I travel all around because of my business so I use Sam's all over and it was surprising out of all the Sam's I've been too. The way they talk to customers just left me speechless.

If I could give this sams club zero stars, I would. I've had a sams membership for almost a year, and every time I go there I am disappointed with my experience. The cafe drink machines have been broken for months. When they do work, the drinks always taste horrible. It's gotten so bad, they've decided to give Coca Cola canned drinks with the food, instead of fixing the Pepsi soft drink co2 system.
