“I’m not a fan of doughnuts, but my family is. We’ve been displaced due to the tornadoes on March 25, so we are staying near Babe’s. I finally went in this morning after 2 weeks of eyeing it. I cannot recommend Babe’s enough; we absolutely loved every single flavor we got. Babe’s is SO MUCH BETTER than that other popular doughnut chain in Tuscaloosa. If you don’t like doughnuts, you’ll like Babe’s. If you do like doughnuts, you’ll like Babe’s.“
“I called from out of town to order a little get well treat for my grandson and immediately, the owner was engaged and so helpful to get just the right thing for him (and something for the little sisters too). So helpful, very good communication, a quick transaction and then update texts about it being out for delivery (same day) along with a phot of the package! After delivery, a BIG SMILE text and I knew it was delivered. Excellent customer service, empathy and excitement over delivering some happy treats for a little boy. Highly recommend!!“
“Customer service is awesome. Most kind people ever and They are very patient and understanding. The order is always fresh and delicious at a reasonable price. The Blueberry donut , cinnamon roll, and donut holes are very good but THE APPLE FRITTER ?!?!? OH MY GOODNESS. I am not being dramatic when I say I feel like they're Apple Fritter is worth flying for. If I move away from this city, I HAVE to come back for it unless every Daylight Donut does it the same. Its a bit sweet i'll admit but its so good. Highly recommend.“

I have gotten multiple messages since the party, asking who made it and commenting on how much everyone loved it- and the taste. Amanda was easy to work with. “Went in for a couple items to snack on and ended up buying a strawberry cake, cheese straws, the most amazing flaky butter flake rolls, omg yummy, pound cake, banana bread and a darling bunny cookie for my Grandaughter. I’m from Central Cali visiting my daughter, wish we had one in our area.“
“I like it and I’ll go back! The cookies are a little expensive but that’s to be expected in 2023. The menu is a little complicated, which sounds crazy but you’ll see. The girl who helped me was thorough but she had been thru the menu description a few times and she rattled it off at lightning speed. They are VERY yummy though and I recommend a visit if you haven’t been there!“
