“I live in millbrook, so I use the millbrook location or prattville if I decide to get zaxbys. I always have an issue with my order & the food just isn’t worth the $$$. I started working in wetumpka & stopped by this zaxbys location for dinner. Line was around the building, but expected. What I didn’t expect was to be in & out within 15 mins… wow. Customer service was nice & helpful, I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other local locations. Food was correct as ordered (this is a first!! Other local locations have trouble, obviously) food was FRESH!! And soooo good. Wow, I’m thoroughly impressed you guys.. keep it up wetumpka! Way to stand out from the other locals & make a customer happy!“
“These folks were super friendly and the young lady there was kind enough to explain to me that I'd get a better deal as I was trying to make up my mind as I was telling her what I wanted. Then my family was pleased with the flavor the chicken wasn't under or over fried. The slaw i didn't like but that's okay ...I'm happy with this place.Ps and the strawberry biscuits were added as a surprise and delish... Thanks again“
