“We stopped by around 1:00 for lunch. We were quickly sat down and given our drinks, and within maybe 20 minutes of arrival we had our food at the table.The complimentary bread was nice. It paired well with the provided marinara sauce and tasted similar to the bread of a grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup.I had the Chicken Alfredo, grilled. The pasta and sauce were well seasoned and very rich, and the chicken was tender enough to pull apart with my fork while still being cooked and seasoned well. It was all very well made.I also had the cannoli for desert. It came in 2 pieces, paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, all topped with some caramel and icing. It was difficult to eat most of it, since the food before it was so filling. I had to get half of it to go, but it was still delicious.I don't usually care as much about the atmosphere of a place compared to the service and food quality, but the location we were at felt nice and homey.Overall, the food was quick, delicious, and very filling. The service was excellent, the staff members were nice. Great atmosphere, will eat here again.“
“We went to Mike's Place to meet my new daughter in law parents. It was the perfect place for our meeting. The staff was so friendly. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Even though it was somewhat busy, it was still quiet enough to carry on a conversation, and be able to communicate with our new extended family.The food was excellent. The service we received was professional, courteous and timely. It was the perfect meeting place for dinner with the parents of our new daughter in law. We will be dining at Mike's place again and I highly recommend Mike's Place to all my family and friends.“

“I came into town looking for live music. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. Thursday night ended up being karaoke night. The locals were very friendly, I even found a saxophone player to collaborate on the song I chose to sing. They have a small arcade in the back with quality choice of games. Walls and ceilings in some rooms are decorated with album covers and other paintings of some of the greats. So if you're looking for a place to kick back and relax, dance a little bit or sing a song or two.. check this place out!“

What I like and value more than pretty and fancy is that it has every other charm I care about. Like killer open mike night backup bands, great food, great drinks, cheerful and often present owner, and hands down the best community of musicians and fans out there. I happened to be there on the night when the cowboys were playing so they flipped a coin and my meal ended up being free. There were so many servers, the service was great! “Food was really good! I thought everything was super delicious. My only gripe is the fried pickles since they are so thin the batter overpowers it. Chicken sandwich was juicy and the catfish tacos were huge. The catfish did not have that lake/river water taste. All this was only 38 which was really worth it. GC is fantastic when you want a real meal delivered to your door and actually cheaper than cooking for 2. The servings are large and much bigger than Cracker Barrell. Almost enough for 2 meals! Everytime they have been a winner with thier pot roast, meatloaf, bourbon chicken and fried chicken. We have never been missing items unlike Cracker Barrell. If you DoorDash I highly recommend!“
