“First time eating here and I will definitely return. Nice restaurant, great menu with home cooked food options. The food was very good! I got the bang bang shrimp, my husband got the rodeo burger.. our waitress was sweet and took good care of us.“
“Fried Green Beans recommended. Bought a whole chocolate pecan pie to take home. Service dragged at times but was overall friendly and adequate. Menu has a nice variety to choose from.We sat on the patio by the river. That was really relaxing, mid afternoon, sunny fall day!I had the small cajun stuffed, bacon wrapped steak, medium rare. It was cooked perfectly. Wife had a blackened chicken wrap. We enjoyed the meal and will be back when we're in the area.“
“I stopped in for lunch. As it turns out, that was really good timing. I noticed as I walked in that they're only open for lunch.I was impressed. If they can keep the doors open and lights on while only serving food three hours a day, it has to be good!Having never been here before, I asked the waitress what would be the one thing on the menu I should try. She didn't really have an answer, just said everything is good. Then, unprompted, the other customers began to speak up from their tables...complete strangers happily telling me what they ordered and making recommendations. If you want a "local diner" experience with friendly people and good food, this is the place for you! The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the prices were good....and I'll be back , often.“
“Me and my Buddy Tristen wanted to eat here so bad with the fellas but they were all skeptical. We loaded everybody up and headed that way. "I dont want to eat here" most of them shouted. But me and my Buddy Tristen knew we were about to have a special meal. Boy were we not disappointed. This might be the best breakfast you can find in the whole state. We turned everyone into Peggy Sue fanatics. Justice for me and my Buddy Tristen.“
