We ordered dinner for delivery and they forgot to put our chocolate chip dessert pizza with our others, but when I answered the door Krista had already noticed it was missing, called the store to have them make a fresh one, and said she’d be back in 15 mins with a hot fresh pizza and that’s exactly what she did! We’ve had this happen at other pizza places and they just say sorry, they don’t even offer to still bring it! Krista went above and beyond and I’m so thankful because it was actually the chocolate chip pizza that the family wanted the most! LoL - Thanks Krista for exceptional customer service in a world where it’s not very common for people to go above and beyond anymore… we appreciate you and 1812!! ?”

“I cannot say enough about this family run gem in Jonesboro. In addition to amazing food, the family is very friendly. Service is fantastic. Food does take a little longer to come out, but it is made fresh and well worth it. They served us a little hot tea that was delicious. We enjoyed the sampler, the falafel sandwich, the chicken shawarma, and kofta sandwich, and fresh made baklava. Not one item was a disappointment. There is also a little shop in the corner where you can buy the tea and other goodies as well. We live in Florida, and I could see this as one of those places we might go out of our way to visit on a road trip”

“Ordered the smoked turkey breast and cinnamon rolls for thanksgiving. Definitely recommend. The turkey fed 10 adults, 3 children, some had seconds, and we even had leftovers! Cinnamon rolls are HUGE and great for a holiday breakfast.”

“I do recommend Andy's but that does not mean they are perfect. Yesterday, by JHS in Jonesboro was a bad visit. First, when I got to the window and gave the guy my 'rewards number' he became obviously annoyed and it was very clear to both my wife and I that was the case. Second, it was mixed very poorly. 90% of the caramel in my concrete was in the last 10% of the product. Most of my treat was vanilla custard with a few pecans. My wife's banana split was excellent she said. OK, one bad experience out of more than a dozen. I guess that's good overall.”

I drove from Trumann to Mazzios in Jonesboro, I was the only vehicle in the parking lot at the time, go thru the drive thru, very polite young man took my money and said that they can only cook 2 items at a time so it will take awhile, like 20-30 minutes, I could either park or just comeback later to get the food I already paid for…. If anyone is looking for a job come here, they have great food, but apparently can’t keep up with the orders!”

“The La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza in Jonesboro was fantastic! If you want to hurry over there and order without reading this whole review: Take your kids! Order the buffalo chicken pizza off the limited time menu! The staff there led by their manager Jon is amazing! This experience was great! This was the first time we dined in as a family, as I usually just order takeout. Cherrelle was our server, and she was kind, always on top of our table, us nor the kids went without anything! Jon was amazing! He got us in a booth that fit our huge family the moment we walked in even though we expected to have to wait for a while. He introduced himself and really made our kids feel heard when they talked. Not only was the entire staff amazing and nice to our kids every time they walked by, we also didnt have to ask for refills for our kids. They were taken care of and treated as valued guests! Their kid menu was superb!! We ordered a drink that was discontinued and they went above and beyond making it for us. The food came out promptly, they got our kids taken care of first which was so important to us! It was a great experience, and it seemed like everyone there was super happy to be there. We ordered a lot of food, everyone got something different, but I was blown away by the buffalo chicken pizza on the limited time menu! I tried the strawberries and cream, the cream fruit salad, and the banana split, and shared them with my partner. I must say i understand why the strawberries and cream are a customer favorite, sweet and sour strawberries go well soaked in creamy milk sauce with chocolate and whipped cream. I am SO excited to try their spicy stuff, like their nachos and spicy drinks.

During their more popular times they can run out of certain flavors. There are also seasonal flavors too. I have not had a bad experience here yet and would go again.”

“Nice eatery inside the Jonesboro Sam's club. You can get pizza, a hot dog, sandwiches, and premade cold foods here. They have a fountain drink station and offer frozen desserts too. They offer pizza by the slice or you can buy whole pizzas as well. The price is very good as well as the combos of food and drink are below $3. They have an area where you can sit and eat, that gets crowded during peak times or you can take it to go. Not a bad stop after a busy shopping experience.”

The lunch specials are very affordable ($7.10 at the time of review) and you get a good amount of food with it. I tried the kung pow chicken and sesame chicken with fried rice and we added some egg rolls on the side.

The chicken dishes were good, we enjoyed them. They both had good flavor and texture compared to other Chinese takeout restaurants. However the fried rice was lacking. It's the yellow "fried" rice that I feel tastes like white rice. The egg rolls were also mediocre, a little doughy with too little filling.

All in all, it's fine. The people were nice and the prices, especially for the lunch specials, were very affordable.”
