“NO! i actually do NOT RECOMMEND! terrible... I will leave a longer review later as we are just leaving, but I've never been more disgusted in a restaurant and disappointed! Jamal should be fired! 1. ordered medium well steak, got well done... sent it back... got less than rare.... 3rd time it was right... not acceptable... more to come, stay tuned. 2. Bathrooms DISGUSTING! to use the urinal, you would have to stand in piss... il post video and pics of this..... stay tuned for #3 3. I called our reservation in on Wednesday. Today is Friday. We were 5 minutes late, and they STILL did not have or tables ready... stay tuned for #4“

“Highly, highly recommend!! They were amazing! Quick and prompt responses, worked with me on my food. Plan to be customizable to my event, showed up 20 minute before she had said she would be there, exceeded my expectations in every single way! Not only was the food delicious but her presentation was amazing!! I got so many compliments from every single person that came and I’ve already been handing out her number to multiple people and it hasn’t even been a full 24 hours yet! A++++ customer service!!“

“This place is top-notch! Everything is made fresh in-house. It has a nice, intimate atmosphere. Our waitress was Nichole. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and lovely. Our party enjoyed the featured dish, Lasagna, 2 fettuccine alfredos, a shrimp zucchini pomadora, and a pesto pasta with chicken. There deserts were mouthwatering! Best Italian I have had in well over 10 years!“

“I'm a southern boy from Nashville tennessee. I love catfish, grits, coleslaw fried carp and Buffalo. This restaurants preparation of fried Buffalo have me cleaning the big bones and not encounter one small bone at tall. Simply the BEST!“

“It only took 5 minutes to get my order (there wasn’t a line) and the price was very reasonable. I actually feel like he gave me a little extra in my order. And the taste was great! I got the mixed flavor with medium hot spice and it was perfect for both of us who ate it. In fact, we were ready to go back the next day, but they were closed.“

“I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at Oyster Bar. Not only is the food consistently amazing every time I visit, but the level of care and hospitality from the staff truly goes above and beyond. During my last visit, I unfortunately became overheated and fainted on the patio. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation was met with nothing but kindness, quick action, and genuine empathy from everyone at the restaurant. Emily, in particular, was an absolute lifesaver—I am beyond grateful she was there that day. From making sure I was okay to offering support in every way possible, her kindness did not go unnoticed. Our waiter had already provided excellent service before my mishap, ensuring a fantastic dining experience. The entire staff demonstrated what true hospitality looks like, and I am incredibly appreciative of their care and professionalism. If you’re looking for a place with phenomenal food and a team that truly cares about their guests, look no further than The Oyster Bar. 10/10 recommend!“

“Wonderful place! My family and I had stopped in Little Rock while moving and decided to get dinner at a local place; we all agreed on Shark's Fish & Chicken bc we were tired of fast food and burgers. The food was remarkable, fried fresh, and within minutes, we had our food. I had the Fish Sandwich, a personal favorite of the man at the counter, and I agree whole-heartly. It may not be the most glamorous restaurant, but its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food make up for any shortcomings ten-fold. Would eat again if I ever found myself in Little Rock again“

“I have eaten at the University location several times and the food and service have always been great. Mom and I went there on Sunday 8/25/24 and ordered our food to go. I went into the bathroom and there was ZERO soap to wash my hands. I was also there a month ago and an employee was using the handicapped stall in the restroom and left without washing her hands. These two experiences raise concerns over cleanliness. I’m not sure how clean the other locations are but please remind the staff to wash their hands and please keep soap in the restrooms. Thank you!“

“First time customer for Mr. Hui’s. I had ordered Beef Chow Fun from them the night before from the night before. I had explained I was going into Little Rock for work and I haven’t had beef Chow fun in over 5 years. It’s one of my favorite Asian dishes. I then ordered the Mongolian beef about 40 minutes before the pick up time for Mr. Hui’s. The dishes were delicious and made on time. We intend on going back Mr. Hui’s again when the chance arises.“
