It was my mothers birthday, when I called and scheduled my reservations with Echo Canyon. Staff I spoke with over the phone 2 weeks prior to my visit, must have remembered. Upon my family and I walking into our amazing cabin, there were flowers, cupcakes, and a hand written note, wishing my mother a happy birthday and stay! Could not ask for a better location, with extreme cleanliness and welcoming friendly staff, Echo Canyon will be an annual vacation for our family. Thank you!
Echo Canyon Resorts was a fantastic stay in the beautiful forest of Arkansas. We brought our pup and enjoyed the studio cabin, which was the perfect size. Everything was clean, tidy, the cabin had exactly what we needed, and more. The views were amazing, and the staff was even better. They went above and beyond with check-in reminders, updates, and were extremely friendly. They even HAND WROTE a thank-you card and mailed it to us just a week after we were there. We just spent a week in a studio cabin at Echo Canyon. The staff was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The area is beautiful and peaceful. It seems isolated but is actually fairly close to Hot Springs and other parks. We would highly recommend a visit.
