This is still the worst McDonald's ever. It has improved a little in service as far as getting your order in under 5 minutes. However food quality like soggy fries, dry over cooked hamburgers, soggy fried patty chicken sandwiches and such still very substandard. If my 5 year old didn't have such a yearn for the happy meal. I would end my 50+ years as a customer.

And same lady went outside to hand food out and just smokes while speaking to him. Than comes in complaining about customers asking for sauces that where missing in their order. I worked there 20 years ago when I hired on they didn't tell me they didn't let employees go to restroom, I asked the blonde hateful manager to cover me at the front counter I needed to go to restroom, she refused, so I politely told the line of customers that I had to use the restroom and I was very sorry for their inconvenience but I don't work at places with can't use restroom policies. N then the ride blonde manager had to get someone else to cover the rest of my shift. She was just standing there holding up the wall, so maybe she had to work for more than the three minutes I needed to use the restroom. Went to work at Western Sizzlin the next day.lol. They lost the most dependable employee they would of ever had. Team work is dreamwork.

They need to get their act together. 30 minutes for those of us in the lobby while they throughput all the drive thru folks. They cheat their system by hitting the button to clear and then have to call out what they need. So as part of our meal gets cold on the ledge, the rest has yet to be made. Horrible service and efficiency.The manager stays in the back when asked for help. It is 9pm and very low lobby traffic. Took 45 minutes to get food. At least they remade our cold food.

AWFUL. That is the only word I can think of to describe this miserable outing with my father. No, my father was not miserable, It was the FOOD and SERVICE. The burger was drier than the sahara desert and the fries were as wet and soggy as the Amazon Rainforest. Not to mention, it took around 10 minutes to get our food. I had waited all night for this! The only good part was the Dr. Pepper.
The manager needs to be fired, who opened this morning!! They are the rudest, laziest people I have ever encountered! If your store is suppose to be open at 5am, then it should be open. You have Door Dash orders coming in. And if you aren't open yet, you don't just ignore people at the drive-thru. The manager and then older man working, should both be fired. I hope the DM reviews camera!!
