I’ve had their food before and this time was not impressed. My son was with me later and he wanted food also. He said it was the worst Whataburger he had. Something was off, maybe because the place was brand new? Service was Ok but not memorable for being kind or anything.

The food was cold (like cheese not melted, not cold from drive home). I ordered three chocolate shakes and asked at the window to change one to Dr. Pepper shake. I was given a Dr pepper shake and a strawberry shake. I told them i was missing a shake and that the strawberry one was wrong and was told that is what was on the screen for the order. Brittany the general manager went above and beyond for me! I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and help with a special request I had for a whataburger themed baby shower we are having for a coworker. I will update with pictures later. I also got food while I was there and it was great! The place was clean and customer service was perfect. I will definitely be back!
