Place my order at 6:45 pick up time said 7:30, I showed up at 7:28 they had not even started it told me it would be 15 more minutes. I went and sat in my car came back in at 7:45, they still had not started it, I tried to just wait 8:00 rolled around I asked again they asked in gluten free was an allergy or a preference, because if it’s an allergy they had to clean everything, it is an allergy, they said 15 more minutes. 8:12 they were finally done said sorry do you want a cookie or brownie, I asked if the had a gluten free they said they were out and if I wanted a cookie anyway. I stated no because I couldn’t eat it anyway. I understand it was very busy but they need to figure out how to stream line online/mobile orders and in store customer orders so that it’s not taking nearly an hour and half for an online order. If I had know walking in and ordering would skip all the online orders and I would be out of their in less then 20 minutes I would not have bother with ordering ahead online.
