“The service here is spotty. I've been a customer for five years and it's always hit or miss. Sometimes the tomatoes are not edible, other times I see some of the workers quality check them and they say " I would never serve what I wouldn't eat". But that's honestly what you get when you come to A restaurant like this. I've had other times when the bread is completely still and I was just taken by surprise that they would even serve something like this. However there are about three dedicated employee is that I would trust to always make me my sandwich. One I believe is a felon turned at work you always strikes up a conversation. The other, Brianna is a wonderful worker and I know her personally. The last high school student and track athlete probably no longer works there but always made my sandwich on time it was very friendly. I believe that the three new workers that I see should take some notes from the past employees and even the owner on how to properly serve customers. It is disgraceful how poorly I was treated day and made to feel like an idiot when I use my SUBWAY® rewards pass.At least let the customer know that you may not know what you were doing yet instead of looking dumbfounded and not saying anything. Anyways, I experience of the subway has been generally good but this experience on July 3rd 2019 made me leave this review.“
“We love Jimmy John's and this location is outstanding. Everyone we encounter makes us feel at home and so welcomed. My husband and I picked up a couple sandwiches this evening, Michael was exceptional and the sandwiches were delicious!“
