“Can only rate service as we did not order food and used the drive through.I was driving back from the valley when my passenger, an older woman going through chemotherapy, asked me stop at Starbucks in Payson.She was in a confused state of mind and ordered the wrong coffee beverage which she realized when the order was picked up at the window.She became very upset and the barista, Morgan, asked her to describe the beverage she wanted. Morgan was extremely pleasant and said would re-make the order for free! No hassle. No problem.Great service and attitude by Morgan!!!!!!“
“Ive been meaning to leave this review for some time now. I want to say that this starbucks is great! They are efficient in the drive thru which is so important on busy mornings when you’re trying to get to work on time (especially me who has never been a morning person). They are always friendly and always make good drinks! Just want to take a moment to thank these barristas for all their excellent hard work and kindness that I experience every day.“
