“Great atmosphere, we sat right next to the pond and got to watch the turtles. It was amazing. Staff is very very friendly and accommodating. Food is good but would be nice to have salt on the table. But very delicious. Will definitely go back to either location.”

“WOW. This place is a TEN.
The kind of place if you visit from out of town you will forever think back to that place in cave creek that you’ll forever crave.
We came here for brunch.
The staff was super enthusiastic and excited about the food and menu which is a great experience to encounter when trying new food.
The location is easy to find. The parking is somewhat ok- I have a big truck so I needed to park in a different lot and pray I didn’t get towed. Thankfully I didn’t.
There was tables when we arrived- no wait. We came on a Monday around 10 am.
We didn’t get a chance to try the made to order donut of the day but a customer whispered to me I should try it before she left.
I got the tamale pork Benny & my partner got the enchiladas. They were both amazing. Bursting with flavour and mouth feels. So much going on in each bite but absolutely delicious. The Benny isn’t overly spicy. The enchiladas were spicy but manageable. They’re crispy and so delicious.
I got a “side” lemon blueberry pancake to try and it was HUGE. More of a dish in its own right.
It was tasty too- the lemon sauce over top was the perfect addition.
We rolled out of there and don’t need to eat for another three weeks.
I’m just sad we’re not from the area to try the rest of the menu.
We watched others be surprised and enjoy their meals too.

“Dynamite Beer Co has a nice rotating selection of beers and wines as well as a fridge with many different ice cold canned and bottled beer and wine options. They also have a nice menu to pair your drinks with delicious food (pizza, sandwiches, apps) & very friendly staff! The tvs were on and playing the games as well. This is definitely a place worth stopping by and trying out - they’re also our good neighbor!”

“Huge shoutout to The City Creamery in Cave Creek. We went on Monday and asked if they had licorice ice cream and they didn’t at the moment so the wonderful lady took my name and number said she would call me when they had some. She called me yesterday afternoon and today we made the trek to Cave Creek to get some wonderful ice cream and also bought two pints of licorice to bring home! They give military discounts too which is amazing because we all love a good business that loves our military and first responders! I highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious ice cream treat you head there and enjoy some fresh homemade ice cream!”

“I wish we could give this place more than 5 stars! We showed up today not knowing the store was closed. The owner was there and very sweetly offered to still serve us. We can’t say enough great things about how delicious the food was-she even made us a Mickey Mouse shaped crepe for my toddler but also about how amazing the hospitality was. I can’t imagine many places that would offer to open up on their day off to still serve customers! Thank you again for a delicious breakfast!! We will most definitely be back”

“Wow! Perhaps the best Thai food in the valley! This restaurant has only been open for 5 months and we’re sorry we didn’t find it sooner. A bit of a drive for us, but worth going out of our way. Some Highlights: the eggplant, pad see ew, parang curry, spicy chicken wings. Really everything was superb. I wish we had taken some photos, but food was gone too fast. Do yourself a favor… eat here!”

“We travel full time and one of our favorite things to do is find good local coffee 😍 this place did not disappoint! The vibe is fun, simple and warm even for a warehouse roaster type place! They do not sell brewed coffee- it’s not a coffee shop- but offer samples and the nitro cold brewed was SO good!!! They sell it in cans ;) We met the roaster, he was super informative, friendly and helpful in his recommendations!! He told us all about the beans he had just roasted and they sounded SO good, but alas they were so fresh off the roaster they weren’t bagged yet- but he went and bagged some up for us!!! AMAZING customer service! There’s even a farm type stand outside so you can buy bags of coffee with cash or an app even when they’re closed! Can’t say enough good things about this stop! Highly recommend! & yes- we got a BOGO bag of beans (reg price $10- not the special blends) for our first visit 👊🏻”

“Have made this place a staple for after hikes. Love driving through carefree and seeing all the cowboy and biker places, but this place is tucked away in a cool spot with great atmosphere and great coffee. They’ve even got oat milk 🤌🏼
Also love that there are always dogs hanging around. Makes it feel very cozy.

“By far my favorite restaurant here in Cave Creek.
100% legit Mexican food. I’ll chalk up the negative reviews to people that don’t understand REAL Mexican food.
This is a real hidden GEM that sometimes gets overlooked because it’s a little bit off the main drag in Cave Creek. Huge (and I mean huge tequila selection/collection). I’ve taken clients from Mexico City and Guadalajara here and they love it.
One of my clients even called his wife while we were eating to tell here “I finally found a place in Arizona that serves real Mexican food”. If you want authentic, I highly recommend.”

“I can’t say enough about the Papa Murphy’s on Cave Creek and Tatum. Fast and fresh at a great price, and the owners are all about going above and beyond in customer service. I have never had anything short of an exceptional experience, even the kids they hire get it, and are excellent employees. We make our weekly visit every Tuesday for $10 pies.”

“Can I just take a moment to thank Shelby for her AMAZING customer service? I came into the store on 7/20/24. At that time, this Starbucks location was dealing with the aftermath of the CrowdStrike outage that wreaked havoc on many businesses. I can't remember the exact problem they were having -- I know the drive thru was open, up and running -- but they were unable to process payments in-store as fully as usual. I was struggling like a Neanderthal to use my digital Starbucks Card in my Apple Wallet (cyber isn't my strong suit). Shelby was SO VERY PATIENT with me, and even tried to help me troubleshoot my issue, walking me through different ways to access my account and balance. She ultimately *did* figure out my problem, but I wasn't going to be able to use my Starbucks balance for that day's transaction. Shelby very kindly went to some trouble to enable me to use an alternate method of payment, saving my coffee date with my friend, and making me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again, Shelby!”

My wife and i celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and although Alberto was in Italy and was missed we had the privilege of being greeted and served by Roberto. What an extraordinary person and such a delight he was.

“Def bar atmosphere. Great for going with friends to watch football or other sports. Very loud but when you’re looking for that atmosphere it’s great. There is a large selection of food on their menu. I only gave 4 stars regarding their take out process. I called in a take out order and the young lady sounded like she def would rather be somewhere else. When I picked up my order, same attitude. I’ve been going to this restaurant for 8 years. Mostly sit inside to eat. Seems like the same thing each time, staff just don’t act like they are enjoying their job. As time has gone on, I have frequented less and less. I just think there are other food services that try a bit harder with their customers.

Parking: Good luck finding parking on Friday Saturday night. The lot is a hot mess

“We live the food at all the Babbo's. We usually go to the one in North Glendale, but we work in Scottsdale and go to the one at the Pavilions often too. This one up North off Tatum is way out of our way, but we randomly decided to go. Food was great, as usual, service was not so great. The lady serving us was snooty, and never smiled. She also didn't come around often to fill out drinks or bread and oil. Location is in a strip-mall. All you can see is a big McDonald's and part of a car wash. It's not as nice as the others we frequent, but better than the one off 12th Street. That one has the worst atmosphere.”
