I think I just ordered the wrong thing, because it was too sweet for me and tasted just like melted ice cream. EXTREMELY DELICIOUS, but I should have ordered the Lavender Latte--my cousin's drink, which was a perfect blend of coffee, fat (milk), sweetness, and herbal (lavender) flavor. WOW!! Absolutely the best coffee house in Flagstaff!! FRESH, HOMEMADE pastries right out of the oven!! Best chai latte in town! Has a cozy fireplace, couches and cute decor. Service is always top notch!

CHC is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The coffee is good, the baked goods selection is excellent, and the atmosphere is charming and inviting. They have a small store in the back corner with unique merchandise and gifts. It's worth stopping in for visit.
