First time trying Bush’s Chicken. It’s ok at best. Would have been 2 stars but 4 stars for the kid who helped me. Wish I got his name. Great customer service. I get they’re short staffed so the wait expectation was set when I got into the drive thru. The chicken tenders was ok. Wish it was cooked a little longer. The breading was great and seasoned well. But the chicken itself was bland and looked undercooked. The “roll” was flat and tasted like an oily doughy mess....read full review

The chicken was pretty good, if greasy. The breading was very crispy. However they forgot 2 of our 3 sides, which sadly threw a shadow of doubt onto the rest of our meal. In hindsight, serves as a reminder to always check your takeout bag before driving off, as they're human and miss things just like you do.
