We love FIREHOUSE subs on Northern. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. The owner Avril is great, she cares about the employees and customers and goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy with their meal. A huge shout out to Michael who made our sub--it was delicious and he was such a pleasant young man to talk to. Update: the owner got in touch with me regarding my issues. She was contacted by customer service originally but was given incorrect information. After we were able to speak, she was able to locate the transaction and I promptly received a refund for the extra order. She was very friendly and sincere about correcting the problem. Stephen is absolutely fantastic. I had a little trouble with my order tonight and it definitely was a pain for you guys, but he got things going for me perfectly and figured everything out. All white a smile on his face the entire time. He is the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Praise this man whenever you can, he’s one in a million
