Firehouse Subs in Glendale

“I wrote this review but was supposed to be for the Arrowhead Firehouse staff. I have eaten here and enjoyed the food.We came in today and ordered 4 subs and garlic bread, there was a mix up and only received 3 subs and bread, when i went to ask about it Robert fixed the problem and was wonderful about it. He is truly appreciated. He took the time to fix the issue and was awesome. Stephen behind the counter was also very kind and sweet. I truly recommend this place. I am a customer for life!!“

“We love FIREHOUSE subs on Northern. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. The owner Avril is great, she cares about the employees and customers and goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy with their meal. A huge shout out to Michael who made our sub--it was delicious and he was such a pleasant young man to talk to. I apologize for not getting the other workers names, they were all great, the ladies at the front are a hoot and keep us laughing the whole time we are there. Enjoy this clean and pleasant location.“

“My son and I came for an early dinner and I ordered a meatball sandwich with mustard. The problem was, it was dejon or deli mustard. I didn't think to ask and it ruined my sandwich. A staff member must've have overheard me mention it and offered to remake it with no problem! That sandwich was Sooooo good! Good service and good sandwiches?? Oh, we'll be back!“
