“Very, very kind employees. Every time I come in here the staff is always sweet and the work environment seems to be thriving! A sweet employee asked me if I was okay because "I looked a little down and wanted to make sure I was okay" which is probably the nicest thing a food service employee has ever asked me. Love this location“
“We almost didn’t stop in. So glad we did! Both workers provided great service. My daughter and I shared a sub and they took that into consideration when serving. They gave us our subs separately. They were kind and attentive! It’s the little things.“
“OMG ? their hot sun's are the most tasteful delicious, juicy sub sandwiches I have ever tasted. I Had the turkey bacon sub and my bf had the new Yorker I believe both outstanding.. the only problem .... they asked me if I wanted a pickle on all 3 orders and we didn't get no pickles.. and it devastated my roommate. Because we couldn't go back for it..“
“A worker named Andy fr was so nice, took my order food was eh, half cooked but the bread was bussin this other girl Ella who handed me my food and was kind, warm smile and all. Pepole here seem super chill, one guy tho seems like he needs a nap, think he’s the manager.“
“Ive eaten here about once a month for the past year. I’m not sure if there was a management change since most of these reviews were written but I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The food is well made and delicious. I rate food a 5 because my whole family love the sandwiches. Specifically, the ham is amazing and they do a great job with the toasted subs. The employees always note when I have my kids with me and do or say something to make them feel special. Example: today they switched the usual sports program to a kids show while we were there. I’ve honestly not had a single bad experience at this location. I hope you all enjoy it as well.“
“Man, this is tough, as I LOVE firehouse subs, but I used to come in for 50% food and service & 50% for the hot sauce collection. This was the niche that set all apart... ive continued visiting since covid and just haven't been nearly as thrilled, I think I'm at the end of my experience with firehouse cause that piece that used to separate it is just gone. I can still see the hot sauce racks at almost every firehouse, and it's just a painful reminder of how awesome it used to be.BTW no one uses chalulah on sandwiches unless they lack better options. Idk.. 7-8 years of faithful customer hood, I'm going to look for the next spot that has that unique vibe. I bring my own hotsauce now and it's just not cutting it. Cheers firehouse! Great service, great food, you just aren't what you used to be without the one thing that for me through the doors“
