“AMAZING is the only word I need to describe the food at Wong's ! We arrived at about 5pm on a Sunday evening. The place was packed and we waited about a half hour to seat our party of 7. Service started out a little bit slow. But once we placed our order and the food started coming out the service was spot on. We ordered the BBQ pork, Pork Fried Rice, Chicken Lo-mein, Broccoli Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Kung Pao chicken and mixed vegetables. We had enough food to feed the 3 of us at our table with enough leftovers for the next day for all 3 of us. The food was DELICIOUS ! Possibly the best Chinese food I have eaten. Service was polite and attentive without being intrusive. The only dish we wouldn't order again is the BBQ pork. It wasn't the usual cold pork slices with the hot mustard and ketchup. It was hot with a brown gravy on it. It was okay but not good enough for US to order again. I definitely recommend Wong's if you are looking for fantastic Chinese food !“
“It was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in, we got seated and our drinks were served right away. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and all of the servers attended to us not just one. The food was nice and warm when it came to us. It was pretty packed but we loved this restaurant! “We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a Thai restaurant near our house and decided to try it out. We found a gem! This place exceeded our expectations. I ordered pad thai, and my friend had wonton soup. The pad thai is one of the best pad thai I've had in the States. The flavor, the portions are spot on that i could not find a ick about it. The broth is so beefy and tasty. That says a lot for a Vietnamese like me who eats Pho religiously. You can just tell when the restaurant take pride in their food. When the dishes are packed with authentic flavors, pride, love, they taste superb.Overall, they gain a new customer. “So I'll start by saying that I haf this a long time ago when I was a small child. But I don't remember it well. I decided to come here because of the great reviews both on Google Reviews and Yelp. I have also heard from everyone in this area that this is one of the best "hole in the wall" places in South Central Phoenix. One thing that honestly shocked me was how much the food was. Their official site has their prices as literally HALF or LESS than their current prices. I really hope the owners will update the prices online. Second, all their food is wonderful. You get a lot of good per plate. What I got, my family of 5 probably ate 20 percent of it. We definitely have a lot of leftovers. We spent a little over $100 for all the food shown. It was about a 20 minute wait or so for the food. The service was great, employees were kind. I will definitely be coming back here again!“

Egg roll wasn't rolled in a wrapper but rather coated and deep fried kinda like relleno. I liked it a lot. Light and crispy. White rice bland but they have table salt. Prices amazing for downtown area. Fast and friendly service. She didn't speak much English but that just makes it feel authentic. “20+ years ago, May Garden was the first Chinese Buffet in Maryvale, and we went there a couple of times a month for many, many years. It had the best Chinese food and It became hard to find parking, and we stopped going, although we live less than a 1/2 mile away. It was lunch time today and I have been wanting to return. The selection is still quite small, but the food was extremely good. My wife would have liked to see more salad bar selections.
