“The food was decent but it wasn’t exceptional. There was no atmosphere to speak of and the service was adequate but not great. The price was exceptional compared to most sushi places though so maybe that’s where things are different. For the price, you get a fair amount of food. Two roles and two house salads for 29 before tax and tip. Given the value, I suppose the other things are a fair trade off.“

“I went during lunch and I was seated right away. The restaurant had a chill atmosphere. I had the lunch special which was the teriyaki chicken bento box with an iced green tea. It was literally the best bento box I've ever had. The food was super fresh and flavorful. The service was on point and the price was great for what it includes. I will definitely be making a trip back.“

I live 3 minutes from Señor Sushi and Sushinola and I still prefer to drive 30 minutes or more and come to Sushi and Tacos del Valle because it's worth it!!!! “I ordered teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken. I loved both, but I will have to tell them not to make the Teriyaki chicken too hot. It did take me 3 days to eat it all... worth it, but I was a fire-breathing dragon. I will eat here again.Parking: Great, easy parking right out front.“
“When two cultures collide, amazing things happen. Sinaloa-style sushi is native to the state of Sinaloa, Mexico and is not your typical sushi. Their rolls are all cooked and come in 3 styles - cold, deep fried, and baked. Instead of soy sauce and wasabi, these rolls are served with chipotle sauce, sriracha, and lighter soy-based sauce that goes perfectly with chilli powder on the table. All the rolls were great but we loved the baked tres chiles roll the best. The restaurant has its own little private space towards the front of the Lion Discount Store. The service was fantastic and extremely welcoming. The owner was super nice. Don't hesitate to come here and try it out for yourself.“

“Came in here for the first time ever during my rare travels near the Romulan Neutral Zone. Staff were great, food was tasty and no one had any issue with my fun outfit. The way it should be! “We’ve been eating here pretty regularly and can say it’s one of our top 3 (if not #1) places to eat. The seafood is always fresh and the food is consistent and good. Our favorites are the prepared oysters, D’s Roll, and mar y Tierra (burrito or quesadilla). The servers are also very attentive and helpful and the restaurant is always clean. Last time we visited, we were fortunate enough to meet the owner who is extremely friendly and personable as well. It sounds like they’re going to be making even more great improvements soon and we’re really excited about that. Overall we’re really lucky to have a restaurant like this in our area.“

“I have found Yogi's to be a very hit or miss franchise restaurant. The location in Laveen is definitely a hit. They do an excellent job. The service is usually good, the food is fresh, and the lobby is clean. I appreciate that they allow you to help yourself to the teriyaki sauces.“
