“Their churros are so good! Lechera is so good and and prices are great compared to most. The corn on the other hand is not so good.. too much juice, made it more like a soup. My hat goes off to the manger for keeping his composure throughout the entire engagement. Not only did the manager keep his composure he delivered professional customer service as well as relaying factual statements to the customer to give her a better understanding of the particular product she purchased. An alternative was also provided to this dissatisfied customer but she was reluctant on exploring those alternatives. This just goes to reinforce my personal decision to drive out of my way to shop at this particular location. “First of all, the place is very clean and the service was good and very friendly and the cakes that I tried were the asada one recommended by Arely who served us very well and the other was the Cuban cake, I and my wife shared it and to drink I tried an agua very delicious cucumber with lemon. The decor in here is also so cute, but I'm not sure it really matches all that much. Seating is limited but this is def a place you might want to just take your items to-go. However, this visit showed a different side of Dutch Brothers I had not seen over the years: Slow, disorganized service and over sweetened drinks not made well. I get it change happens. Despite the change, and disorganization I experienced this time, Dutch Brothers still is in the top five drive thru vendors you can go to with confidence your order is going to be right and you will not have to wait 1/2 an hour as I did today.“
