“The German Food Station is @the farmer's market in Green Valley every Wednesday from October thru April. Their menu is limited, but they offer sehr gut (very good). Andrea & her husband, Max, transplanted von Deutschland (from Germany). He does the cooking & she does the order-taking & serving. A German butcher makes all of their items, from their own recipes. I've had the currywurst, spicy paprika brat & the land jaeger, all authentic and delicious. Andrea has personality+. Yesterday I also purchased 2 packages of their precooked wursts (sausages) to take home to grill. I can hardly wait 'til they return in October!“
“Eaten there numerous times ..back when they had a location just a few feet away from flowing wells hs/iola Fran's elementary..then at their midtown location and the food truck itself...I've primarily eaten the all meat burritos the chimichangas and enchiladas all were beyond excellent..best Mexican food ever..much better than the bell should be their logo and it's a freaking marvel they are not a national chain as they deserve it for food this good..ask them about their Christmas burrito..yumm x 10 wow and indeed way better than the bell(taco bell)“
“In town and told we had to try a Sonoran Hot Dog.La Carreta Rorro did not disappoint. Opted to go large with the Chorizo Rorro loaded with everything. Such a great choice that it’s on my food to travel for list (or at least food to return to list).I appreciate local businesses that attract a local crowd, and this Carreta is that type of business. And, given the diversity of the customers when we visited, this place satisfies everyone’s palate.Others remark the food prep is slower than desired; however, I see that as a mark of their attention to each order. You want speedy, mass produced, grab and go food? Go elsewhere. Want great dish made to your order? Then eat here.I would definitely recommend this to friends if they were headed to the Tucson area.“
“The tacos here were amazing, and they came out immediately! We tried the carnitas, cabezas, al pastor, and asada - all we're great, but our favorites were the carnitas (flavorful, tender, crisped) and the cabezas (so juicy and great flavor). We've been eating tacos around Tucson all week, and I think this was our favorite place.“
