Overall, the food is good. The beans are one of the best authentic beans around! However, most times they use fillers such as bean and rice in their burritos. Or french fries in their breakfast burritos. You can take these out but the customer has to know to request without these items. The burritos will then be on the small side. I’m so glad I tried El Asadero. This is a small place that is doing Mexican food right. They offer combos with rice and beans which are both great. Burritos, tacos, chimichangas, tortas are some of the choices and everything is top notch Mexican cuisine. The salsa verde and roja are excellent. They offer breakfast burritos which I plan on trying in the morning, and even horchata.

They are consistent and I know that I can count on them for a quick delicious meal. My personal favorites are the carne asada taco and the carne asada fries. I’ve tried so many places over the years and always find myself always coming back here. Be sure to grab some of their green sauce!
