Whenever I'm in Arizona, Las Vegas or Southern California; I try to save at least one meal for El Pollo Loco. Yes, it's fast food and yet it seems home cooked. The taste is flavorful and the chicken is deliciously seasoned. They have tasty, filling healthy options too. I LOVE the open kitchen concept! This was our 1st time ordering from El Pollo Loco and it will be our only time. To say the portions were small for the price would be an understatement. My wife said if she wasn't hungry she would not have eaten her Street Corn Double Chicken Bowl and I wasn't impressed with the taste of the chicken and the gravy was like water with food flavoring!
