Went here after my daughter's Volleyball game owner is a teacher at her school got smoothies, which were amazing and healthy for you ( even though they may seem like they aren't) and everyone from the staff to students were so welcoming. What a great and positive environment for a workout getting a healthy smoothie I would recommend for sure
I have been going here for about a year now and each time I have such a welcoming experience. Jenny and Amanda always take care of me and make it enjoyable. They make the some of the Best and healthiest shakes you could ever taste, I highly reocmmend trying the banana Putting mmmmm delicious. Also they have very healthy teas that they can include a boost of Vitamin B12 if you ask them for it, my favorite is the purple berry storm. I enjoyed a fresh, fruity blueberry, cheesecake smoothie in a clean, anointed atmosphere. Thanks to owner and staff for the organic welcoming Godly vibe! The workout was 2nd to none and Zumba was everything and more. I'll choose you again! Peace and blessings abound!
