This Jack has definitely been a lifesaver post gym and late night on more than a few occasions. (There's also very few late night options in this area, so this location is appreciated.) Staff has always been helpful. I don't recall any mistakes on my orders and the drive thru has been pretty quick every time. Thank you!
They screwed up my order didnt know until I got home. luckily I live near by. The Supervisor on duty made it right. I guess they had someone training. I got a hamburger with no meat lol.

I got stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I even got a chance to place my order!!! There was only 2 cars ahead of me to order. That’s ridiculous. The drive thru doesn’t move, this was during lunch rush. Be prepared!**Edit**Since making this post I’ve been to this location several times. Wait times are no longer an issue. The staff is always very friendly and make my day. Plus no skimping on the sauce and who doesn’t love that?
