I come here frequently because I live across the street. I’m seriously disappointed in the decline this Starbucks. I have gotten 2 drinks from here in the last couple weeks and they have been several under filled. I brought my drink home without taking a sip and thought that it felt really light. I had Lauren BOTH times my drink was under filled! This is not acceptable at all for the price of drinks! I spoke to a manager the first time this happened! We shop at this Fry's location every Sunday morning where the Starbucks is located (typically before 9am), and we used to always get iced coffees before we do our shopping. For the past couple of months, they've been out of their cold brew for some strange reason, so they can't make iced coffee drinks. Yesterday after being out of cold brew yet again, we decided this location has now lost our business. They should probably look into having a better manager run this location.

The menu does not disclose how much the different size drinks cost. They only have the grande sized drink cost posted for all drinks. I asked how much a venti sized drink would be and the barista did not even know. She had to ring it up on the register to find out. You would think the Starbucks barista would know a price of a standard drink. I then placed my order of 2 drinks. The barista only rang me up for one and then I had to correct her.
