Stopped by this Starbucks for a change because it was close. It's relatively small compared to the ones I normally go to and shares a building with nektar-which makes traffic worse than it should be. The drive thru line was long so we went inside. There were a few tables, mostly taken but we figured we'd get our drinks and go anyway so that was fine. I've been going to this Starbucks weekly for the last 2 months. This was the 3rd time my drink was "made a while ago" but wasn't on the counter. I know they don't have control over ppl taking mobile orders but after the 2nd time and now the third time I'm having to wait for my drink...what's the point of me ordering on the app if I have to wait for them to remake my drink??
