“I walked in and asked if I could just get a glass of water because I was simply waiting to meet someone on OfferUp, They said yes. I guzzled all the ice water, and after realizing I was at the wrong dunkin' donuts in the first place I proceeded to leave while saying thank you for the staff and went on my way to the dunkin' donuts further down on Thomas.“

“Bought a mocha frappuccino from this location the guy that served me was awesome, great attitude! Really put love into his work. Iv came here many other times and received my frap with a flat top lid when I asked for whipped cream and drizzle on the top just confused not great service. But This dude was awesome! I've never had my frap have chocolate powder drizzled on top so good! (Mocha powder) 10/10 for him. Just want him to get credit when it's deserved. (Black male employee, Tattoos) Super ! 👍 after he made my drink as we were walking out he asked if it was good. Great customer service!“

“All the employees there when we visited did an amazing job both at fulfilling our orders and at being super friendly and helpful. They seemed to be that way to everyone including what seemed to be a few regulars that stopped in that resulted in big hellos from the staff. “The area/location is what it is, and the customer service is not winning any awards, but I stand by this being the best Dunkin' in the Phoenix area. I live in the suburbs, and the Dunkin' by my house does not make drinks right or have fresh food. This location off of the 17 seems to get the freshest donut deliveries and makes the drinks correctly. Thank you!“

“Today (Sun 9th June) we were served by a kind and patient lady at the counter. Our group was foreign and had never tried Dunkin’ before. She went through all the donut flavours and drinks, so ensure the group understood what they were ordering. While we were sitting inside, we noticed her manager was impatient with her, so that was the only negative part of our experience.We enjoyed the coffees, pastries and donuts!“

“Come here regularly for the munchkins (particularly the jelly filled).Besides being out of all their munchkins before noon a few weeks ago (I'm assuming it's only because someone just came in with a massive need for munchkins that day and not because they were unprepared), usually they do have a good selection in the late mornings for a 10 ct. assortment.And I'm not sure there's a better cold brew, especially with that sweet cream foam. ?Drive thru is always friendly, and wait is < a few minutes.“

“My wife bought half a dozen donuts around 6:00 PM and the donuts were stale and they needed to be thrown out.
I CALLED THE MANAGER, DONNA, THE NEXT MORNING AND SHE WAS WONDERFUL OFFERED A FREE DOZEN DONUTS TO MAKE UP FOR THE ONES MY WIFE HAD BOUGHT WHICH WERE FRESH AND DELICIOUS! SHE WAS VERY HOSPITABLE, EMPATHIC AND ACCOMMODATING. THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!“

“This DD is my favorite I go there in the mornings at about 605am an my hot matcha tea is always on point with my old fashion donut is always fresh not hard as a rock like the DD on baseline and 51st ave. Anyway as I was saying my old fashion donut is always yummy and fresh the employee here are the best they are courteous and are ALWAYS pleasant and polite to me tbh this is my favorite DD I been to these employees deserve raises and to be recognized for there work they're an awsome bunch.?????“

“Well - it’s an airport Dunkin Donuts. Shocked at all the poor reviews from folks who seem to think this should be a 3* Michelin restaurant (and still be open serving hot food and cold coffee 24/7).The girls serving at 3-4am were excellent, polite and helped us get our caffeine and sugar fix. There was plenty of space to sit and relax.“

“Normally I wouldn't stop to go out of my way to review a quick stop for coffee... HOWEVER! I was so impressed. I got a large iced coffee and splurged with ordering a maple long john as well. I used the app so it would be ready when I came through the drive-thru. Donuts at dunkin are so hit and miss nowadays but I took a chance. And I'm so glad I did. It was made completely fresh with no harder or stale feeling or taste. I can now say I can come out of my way for this location because I know it'll be worth the money I spent.“
