I did an online order. Get their enter number. Guy comes up tell him my order number he tells me he hasn't got that order yet. So I order a large French fry. That comes out. Ask about my original order. The one I am waiting there for still tells me he still doesn't have that order yet. So I have to get off and go into this McDonald's to get my order. so frustrated. Get my order, and they don't give me my drinks either. I will not be ordering online from this McDonald's again....read full review
Every single table had food on them. The floors were worse underneath. The drink dispenser was sticky throughout. The soda lids holder with ketchup on it. As for the order, it was missing the cups ordered. Also missing, the ketchup or ranch as requested. Then on top of all of this, the receipt was unreadable and the maintenance employee tampering with the emergency door in the playroom with the kids all around.

It's a typical McDonald's - the food is as expected and they get my order right the majority of the time. The employees are nice enough, but clearly the location has some policy or procedure in place to keep the time spent in the drive through as short as possible. But that doesn't mean you won't be waiting. You'll just pull into one of the parking spots and wait for someone to bring your food out. If I get something with modifications (no mustard, etc.), I've found myself waiting...read full review
