Basically I was treated terribly at your store 53805. This is the store located at 8738 Emerald Dr.I had an employee tell me that I could only get one refill a day. This is not true and though I was made to asked the employee Lexi over and over again to explain why she was saying I could only get one refill when the employee knows that I come in the store nearly every day. I got a very rude Starbucks worker today. I ordered a very simple beverage. Iced coffee. As my order was rung up I remembered I had a digital coupon linked to my Safeway card. I guess that was too much work for the employee to change the size of my drink order because her attitude changed. She threw the drink on the counter as soon as she finished pouring it and walked away with an attitude. I was like ? uh ok.But the coffee was good. ?

They must of changed supplier or something, there coffee use to taste good, now it has a nasty bitter taste. I did camplain. Maybe I will try again in a few weeks. Hope they fix it. I miss my Starbucks!
