We ate here twice while staying at the hotel for the Phoenix open. Our server for lunch was Luke, he was wonderful and we had the best hummus appetizer I’ve ever tasted. Our server for breakfast was James who was also fantastic and the breakfast buffet is definitely one of the most foodie driven I’ve ever had. I have been here many times and the food is excellent. The attention to detail, from the plating to the garnishes, really shows the competence of the chef. Ingredients are everything, and it's very obvious with each dish that all ingredients are methodically ordered for the dishes and are of high quality.The service is great as well and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
