So good, but yall never have the tapioca boba pearls ready when you open at 11am. I understand and appreciate it’s made fresh each morning, but y’all either need to change your hours and open when they’re actually ready or get there earlier to make them so they’re ready by the time you open. It’s not a good look to have your most popular pearls not ready but the store is open. You’re just sending customers away to somewhere else that has it ready.
Came here in the afternoon. Such a cute place. No line and received my drink within 5 minutes. Good vibes, really friendly young workers. Tea tasted fine and did not skimp on amount of boba and followed instructions but deducted one star because the boba was all stuck together making it harder to drink even after I tried breaking it up and boba tasted a little old

A cozy boba shop next to fry's. Inside there is a lot of seating and some board games to chill and hangout. I got the mango matcha with fresh milk with boba. I really enjoyed the drink was not too sweet and tasted amazing. The boba was just ok thought. It was not sweet, which maybe was intentional to not over sweet the drink? They do have a large selection of drinks though which is nice. Service was good and helpful with describing what the drink is.
