Mastro's City Hall is a neighborhood favorite for dinner and Happy Hour, perfect for any group. While the service was a little off on a Monday night, the staff is usually amazing and accommodating. The ambiance is always great, but the food quality can be hit or miss - with some dishes like steamed asparagus and broccolini falling short. Despite some inconsistencies, the complimentary birthday cake was a nice touch.
