Good food but limited food choices. The menu needs to be revised and have more options. We live in the community and we love going but it's the same old limited menu every time. Also we like food that is more on the healthy side - like fresh fish and more variety in salad choices. As far as service goes, the people are very friendly however, the kitchen is somewhat understaffed, and it always takes a long time to have a meal there. "Dining at Alterra was awesome! The views are amazing in every direction! The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The staff made us feel like VIPs, and the menu was a delightful mix of creative flavors that kept us coming back for more. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. If you're a food lover, this place is a must-try!"

We live in the community and LOVE Alterra and eat there at least 3x a week. We have had brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner. The staff is amazing, the food superb and atmosphere is cozy with outstanding views and patios.. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing restaurant and Mountainhouse Lodge in our community. The gym is fully equipped. The pools are gorgeous. All negative reviews I have read are more HOA related. I rate Alterra a 5!!!
