Nobu Scottsdale offers an amazing dining experience with delicious meals. The ambience is fantastic with great lighting and music. The specialty cocktails are pleasing, and the sushi rolls are fresh and amazing. The 'Squid' pasta and Truffle Butter Ribeye are cooked perfectly, and the Bento Box dessert is recommended. However, there were some disappointments with unavailable wine and desserts, affecting the overall celebration. The service is good, with friendly assistant servers. Favorites include the shojin tempura, snow crab with spicy cream sauce, and the flambé wagyu that melts in your mouth like butter. A phenomenal dining spot that is worth revisiting.
