Went to celebrate my bday with a group of friends. Front desk was really welcoming, manager Max and the gentleman that took care of us were able to give as the rooms early and all together and were really helpful with special requests. At the pool manager Matt was really attentive but special thanks to Aidan our pool server who went above and beyond. He was on top of everything always with a great smile and attitude. We had a great staycation at the Westin Kierland! Big Thank you to pool and slide guard Alfred for being super friendly and helpful! We stayed two nights specifically to hang out at the pool and lazy river. The complex as a whole was perfect for the two adults and two grade schoolers. We took in the bagpipe music and the smores. Love this resort and everything they offer. The pools amazing the kids would spend all day and evening there if allowed. Located in the heart of Scottsdale. They offer a shuttle to shopping right in Kierland and the best restaurants in Arizona surround this place. The beds are extremely comfortable after a long day. They offer room service, pool dining and restaurants on site for the ones that choose to stay on site. This is a top go to for our family.
