“I went this morning to the grand opening the line was moving decently fast by the time I got up front and ordered my food it was around 6:58ish (they open at 6:30) I went up the owners wife and expressed to her that she could give my food away to an employee or someone else because I was going to be late to work which I was by 5 mins. But she was so kind and reassured that she’s have my food out asap which she did. The whole staff was super friendly and the owners wife, I didn’t get her name was so sweet to go out her way to try and get my food out to me faster. I ended up giving it away because they did mess up my order (I asked for no cheese and they added it) but honestly the whole experience overall was great so it’s alright. Thank you chick fil a for not getting me in to much trouble with my boss lol he was very great ful for the free goodies!“

“I don't know what experiences have been like in the past at this location for everyone, but I can tell you that there's a new GM by the name of Ray and I had hands down the best KFC experience I have ever had in my life. Super friendly while ordering, when I got to the window he told me that they have fries but he wanted to make sure I got fresh ones and it'll be just a couple minutes.I said that's fine and I appreciate it the fact that he cared about the freshness because that seems to be rare anymore. When I got the food everything was fresh, and amazingly delicious.Usually from KFC I get a sandwich that has mayo on it but it barely has any mayo actually on it, but everything I got was made as if they were making it for themselves.Based on the reviews I've seen on this location, I would suggest that everyone who had inevited negative experience in the past go back and give it another chance.I just opened a business across the street and I'm very happy with this KFC. Like I said I can't speak on how it was in the past but I can say it seems that KFC has made an excellent choice in who they promoted to GM.Thank you for an excellent experience and meal, Ray!“

“This location is good with being attentive to the customers but there has been multiple occurrences of the staff not caring about the customer or their order. There have been times when they have nearly dropped my food while walking it out to my car because they wanted to go back inside, gave judgmental looks as I drive away, and the drive thru takes much longer than other locations. They deliver the food to cars behind the one at the window making the rest of us having to wait until finishing their order before we can leave. The line to get to the drive thru is a little confusing as well but the markings and signs on where to go has been improved. The food is typically almost always good since Chick-fil-A in general is good but there have been times where the fries were undercooked or burnt. If this location is near you, it is good with satisfying cravings but I would go to a different location if given the option toParking: The parking lot directly in front of the entrance is limited and difficult to get to if there is a long drive thru line since it can block the entrance and exit of the parking lot. There are other spots a little further away but still limited.“
