I want to commend the staff at this Popeyes location for their outstanding professionalism and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. Regarding a rude customer, I must address an unfortunate incident that occurred this evening around 5:55pm. There was an elder male Caucasian customer who displayed extremely rude behavior towards the employees. He was belittling the workers at the counter, making racist remarks, and creating unnecessary trouble over a missing biscuit, despite already having one. Despite his appalling behavior, the employees remained composed, handled the situation with grace, and continued to provide excellent service. It's disheartening to witness such behavior from this customer who felt entitled, and this individual's actions do not reflect the high standards of this establishment. I trust that the management and customer service team will handle any negative feedback he may attempt to leave, as his behavior was unequivocally unjustified. Kudos to Manager Cha Cha for her professionalism and unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.“

“I don't know what experiences have been like in the past at this location for everyone, but I can tell you that there's a new GM by the name of Ray and I had hands down the best KFC experience I have ever had in my life. Super friendly while ordering, when I got to the window he told me that they have fries but he wanted to make sure I got fresh ones and it'll be just a couple minutes.I said that's fine and I appreciate it the fact that he cared about the freshness because that seems to be rare anymore. When I got the food everything was fresh, and amazingly delicious.Usually from KFC I get a sandwich that has mayo on it but it barely has any mayo actually on it, but everything I got was made as if they were making it for themselves.Based on the reviews I've seen on this location, I would suggest that everyone who had inevited negative experience in the past go back and give it another chance.I just opened a business across the street and I'm very happy with this KFC. Like I said I can't speak on how it was in the past but I can say it seems that KFC has made an excellent choice in who they promoted to GM.Thank you for an excellent experience and meal, Ray!“

“We tried the app for pickup order. There are special offers for both pickup and delivery. Tried the lemon pepper wings, which were pretty tasty. Also, tried the butterfly shrimp with the offer available on the app. We thought we had the wrong order, and they mistakenly gave us popcorn shrimp. Nope, it was correct. What a joke! Luckily we didn't pay full price. The shrimp were so tiny, we thought they were popcorn shrimp. Not worth the regular price. Everything else was up to par and tasted good. “True story, my husband was really pushing for KFC and I am SO glad we ultimately went to this Churches instead. All of my food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was so warm and friendly. They gave plenty of dipping sauce and napkins. I never have experiences like that at fast food these days. Keep up the great work guys ♡“
