I've eaten here for many years. The make everything from scratch and it tastes just like the classic Sonoran food grandmothers used to cook when I was growing up. Everything is good; my favorites include chicken taco's, chili relleno, carne asada burritos, and beans (made just like at home, never dry). The atmosphere is unpretentious and welcoming. The staff is invariably helpful, friendly and professional. Even at "rush hours" they get food out fast. Absolutely great place!
If you like Mexican food Amados is a staple spot to visit. Everything on their menu I have tried has been delicious. I also enjoy their hot sauce. I’d highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you like authentic Mexican food. It’s also open 24 hours with a drive through.

I've been coming here for awhile and it's my go-to over any other name in town. First, I want to say they need to bring back the dark red salsa they used to have. I think it was guajillo based?
