I did my first review of this place two years ago and it has stood the test of time. I like that it always has plenty of staff and everyone seems happy to be working there and the staff is always nice and professional and the coffee, love the coffee - I always get a hot Americano with oat milk and stevia and it is probably my favorite coffee - not sure how they roast it but always flavorful.
I love this place, and I love the staff. I made a change from another coffee place to here about a year ago, and not only is my coffee experience consistent, but the staff at this location is amazing. They look to be enjoying themselves, and their jobs all of the time. This is the perfect atmosphere for a business. I really think the management and staff of this location deserves recognition. Thank you for changing my mind.

This location never uses the speaker box in the drive thru?? Every time i come to this tempe location, the drive thru always takes way longer than it needs to because of this.Black Rock is a great chain company, and usually very consistent between all their locations. Would be nice if they could address this.
