This place gets 5 stars from me because of their customer service from my last visit on Mother's Day. Yolanda was very accommodating to my special dietary needs and was very helpful and nice about it. Thank you to people like her and the crew it was a pleasant experience and the bagels were fresh and tasty. Nothing like a freshly cooked eggs bagel in the am! Thank you.
Stopped here for bagels on a trip to Tucson and had my husband get me a pumpernickel bagel. I never get a toasted bagel at a fresh bagel spot - this bagel was not fresh. I could not bite through it. If we weren’t in a rush I would have tried to return it. A bagel at a bagel shop at 9 in the morning should be fresh.

This was a good choice. We haven't been out for Bagels in Months. So for 3 Bagels with a schmear there was a sticker shock. But they were excellent. The lox on the side was generous and I added pickles. Really good. A Poppy seed and A everything bagel. Totally satisfied.
