“This was a first time visit. HUGE portions. VERY tasty, so an excellent value and NO meat. If not a fan of soy, be sure to ask about which items do and don't have (none in the nut loaf-yum!). If you like gravy, ask for extra. Even my hubby the carnivore said if I could cook like this he wouldn't hesitate to make the switch (I'm workin on it!). Interesting to see lots of customers on a Monday and very diverse crowd. The chocolate chip cookie was SO buttery. Loved this place and wish I could take it with me when returning home to Wa state.“
“I'm so very happy that my favorite restaurant is back in Tucson!! I moved away, but I'm coming for a visit in 2 weeks and am so excited about coming here again! I love the salads then topped off with a cup of soup and a chocolate brownie with ice cream!!! I'm going to need to come home for visits more often! n“
“My most favorite place to go and my daughter loves it here as well! Excellent food, healthy, great atmosphere as well- peaceful chill vibes. Very affordable food that’s always delicious! The customer service is amazing as well! They have a bird sanctuary that’s pretty cool!!“
“We were celebrating my birthday with a weekend getaway to Tucson and my goodness, this was an absolute divine treat! There was only about a 15 minute wait for the table and it was definitely worth it. We decided to get the salmon benedict, huevos rancheros, a latte, a cappuccino, and a delicious blueberry muffin with a ginger streusel topping! Everything was fantastic, personal preference though, I'd say the huevos rancheros were a little too spicy for use were also recovering from a night of over indulgence haha. We will definitely be back, even if it is just for the coffee which is like a consecrated gift from a celestial being.“
“So good! Lots of healthy options, colorful and delicious! I was amazed how good the food was and how healthy :) The rose petal lemonade was amazing too! This place hits the spot. It's also lovely inside, and the staff is nice.Vegetarian options: Yummy vegetarian and vegan options!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available!“
“I have visited the establishment on more than two occasions and have found it to be a suitable location for a romantic date due to its intimate ambiance. However, it may not be the ideal choice for other types of gatherings due to the lack of light. Overall, it is a satisfactory venue.“
“The buffet is limited but very delicious. If you take the expression that less is more this place literally is that. The mango lassi was so good and the ambiance is what I expect of a mom & pop restaurant. Lots of appropriate pictures and quaint atmosphere. The service was exactly what we needed there. Want authentic Indian? Eat here!“
“I love the food from here. I'm still new to the area, so I will make it a point to stop in more often. I mostly grab some take out when I know that I will be close by. Staff is very friendly and always pleasant. I'm so glad I found them, I need my Thai food every now & then“
“Def my favorite local shop in Tucson so far. There's always enough seating. Kind staff. Stamp card system and the coffee is good. Thank God. There's another shop in town that's excellent for studying but the coffee is so bad I had to stop going lol so glad this place has more than just the downtown location“
“Absolutely love this place. All I really get is the pho Thai but it is delicious. The service is great and they are very nice. If you’re also looking for good boba this is the place. :) the only complaint I really have is the parking but that’s only because its a little difficult to find and it’s mostly full but otherwise the trip is worth it. Will definitely continue to come here.“
“Falora is our favorite restaurant in Tucson and we are regulars. The pizza is wood-fired and delicious every time - the San Gennaro pizza is mwuah! and the Butter Pecan salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had. You won’t regret going here.“
“Hands down my favorite place to go. I tried an appetizer (tomatoes, basil, pita) of theirs during my last visit and started making a loosely similar item at home. Sadly, mine pales in comparison, so I came back and it was still amazing!A must visit when in Tuscon!“
“If you're in the salad, sandwhich, or soup mood, I would 100% recommend Choice Greens. I had their BLT and it was possibly the best I've had in years! So much bacon and the lettuce and tomato was the perfect amount. The place was pretty calm around 6pm aon a Saturday, so I'd really recommend it for that more mellow atmosphere. If you aren't looking to dine, take-out is also an option. You should definitely try if you're vegetarian or vegan as well, as they have a lot of choices for folks with different dietary needs.“
“In my previous review, I gave Golden House a very low score, but that was from many years ago when they had different management. These days, this restaurant actually stays true to their claim regarding "healthy Chinese food." They are probably one of the few Chinese restaurants in town that allows substitution to brown rice (whole grain) instead of white rice, even for fried rice. The major drawback to this is that they're slightly more expensive compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, (I've not had a bill less than $50 for 2 people.) However, all the staff are really nice and with their menu, they really have something for everyone. One of the favorites is definitely the walnut shrimp, only here at Golden House that I've it with pineapples! The house fried rice substituted with brown rice is filling and yummy. They also have good vegan and vegetarian options. I'm glad things have changed, and I'm happy to update my review. Golden House is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the Eastside of Tucson.“
“We read articles on this restaurant and came to Tucson to try it out. The food was excellent! We didn't know what to expect, because we don't eat vegan very often. The food was flavorful and tasted authentic which is no easy feat. From one chef to another, great job Tumerico!“
