First time eating here and I ordered 2 double chicken salads, and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it ! My husband ate one too, and we are definitely coming back! The one at Broadway and Craycroft is amazing!
1) I LOVE the chicken and churros at El Pollo Loco.2) I've been eating here since a couple months after they opened.3) I understand that prices go up. But what's not ok is suddenly being told that things that used to be included in a meal are now strictly an additional charge.Because of this I have uninstalled their app and today will be my last visit. I recently visited El Pollo Loco and unfortunately, the chicken was slightly burned. Additionally, despite ordering for dine-in, our order was given as takeout. I've always loved their chicken, but this experience was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the atmosphere was excellent as usual. Overall, a three-star rating seems appropriate for this visit.
