I had the Smoked Salmon frittata. Has three eggs, a good sized salmon, and topped with a chive sour cream. This was somewhat out of my comfort zone, but I ended up really enjoying it. The cour cream is a little strong, but good. I'd recommend this dish.Dietary restrictions: This is a very high protein low carb meal. I am diabetic and this meal didn't cause much of a spike in my blood sugar. Even eating the ciabatta toast, it stayed well under 150 mg/dl.
Was visiting Tucson and met cousins for Breakfast. I had never been to a FW so was really surprised at the extensive menu. I ordered two eggs over medium and potatoes burnt. The server brought the eggs and one was hard, as he set them down I asked for one that was runny in the yellow. As I was saying it, there was another server coming up behind him with a perfectly cooked medium egg. That has never happened to me.
