We were ignored most of our visit, and our waitress had a bad attitude! Yesterday we went to the Kolb location, we go to that location or the Broadway location often. Yesterday my husband and I ordered margaritas with sugar rimmed, like we always do, our drinks finally arrived, I took a lick of the rim, and cringed, it was salt!!! So you look at website for happy hour and see the original margarita is on discount - if you ask for it blended instead of on the rocks it’s the biggest fiasco of all time.
A hard no and you pay full price
The website says original - but anyone could interpret original as the blend of ingredients not the type of ice.
Customer service and happy hour are in conflict with each other - not really happy! It takes a half minute to blend - come on man!
