“Wow! Best Indian food in Tucson. I have tried 4-5 restaurants and this one is the best. We ordered Paneer tikka masala and chicken korma with naan. Decent portions and very very tasty. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Will be going back regularly!! The staff were incredibly friendly and quick. Love this place!“
“I think this is by far the best restaurant in the area! I had to refuel my car during my lunch…so I decided to stop inside. It’s so freaking good! The garlic naan is really stellar. I got the paneer tikka masala and it’s delicious. Definitely my new go to spot—plus I can walk here if I need to! 100% recommend“
“Great service and atmosphere. The service was welcoming and informative. We got 3 items from the menu. One Matar Paneer spicy. One garlic naan, and one mango Lassi. We were very please with the food, the food was tasty and definitely spicy. The mango lassi is a great dessert option and the Matar Panner along with the garlic naan a great combination. I will highly recommend this restaurant and I will be returning.Parking: Parking at the front south of the business.“
“Love this interesting little fusion place, especially the curry empanadas and the chai iced tea. Everything I've had here has been delicious, and it's a great place to grab lunch -- quick take-out that travels well or a nice, casual spot to eat.“
“Fantastic food and service. If you are asked about how spicy you want your food, I personally wouldn't go above a 6 and I'm a chili head. I was sweating halfway through dinner. The have food for vegetarians and those with food allergies. Great place for dinner“
“I’m staying at the Best Western/Hotel Bridgeway on Tucson Ave. the Indian Twist restaurant is attached to the hotel. Super convenient, fast and DELICIOUS!! There’s not many Paneer dishes, but I asked if I could sub the chicken in the Butter Chicken for paneer. It was no problem! I had Butter Paneer, garlic naan and the wonderful rice. I got mild spice and it was PERFECT!! I wish I could have this everyday! Friendly service, making sure that I didn’t need anything else several times. As I was eating several pick up orders were completed, and a couple others came in to eat. Everyone was warmly welcomed, not the canned ‘welcome in’ response that you get many places. 10/10 - would eat here everyday.“
“We ordered take out and must've been looking at an old menu. I was told the item I ordered was no longer available but they still graciously made it anyway.Solid, delicious food, a bit pricy, but you get a lot too. Seems fair. I recommend trying it if you haven't yet!“
“The buffet is limited but very delicious. If you take the expression that less is more this place literally is that. The mango lassi was so good and the ambiance is what I expect of a mom & pop restaurant. Lots of appropriate pictures and quaint atmosphere. The service was exactly what we needed there. Want authentic Indian? Eat here!“
“8 years ago, while driving down fort Lowell Ave, in Tucson, Arizona, hungry and thirsty in this Tucson, Arizona heat, my wife and I needed to cool down and pig out now! I spotted a restaurant- it was Ghandi Cuisine of India.Nestled in the heart of the city of Tucson Az, Ghandi Cuisine of India is a culinary oasis that captivates the senses and transports diners to a world of exquisite flavors and impeccable hospitality. From the moment we stepped through its charming glass doors, we were enveloped in an ambiance of warmth and sophistication. The décor effortlessly blends charm with contemporary elegance, creating an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a truly unforgettable dining experience. Soft candlelight on the walls, casting a romantic glow, while the gentle hum of conversation adds to the restaurant's vibrant energy. But it's the culinary offerings that truly steal the show at Ghandi, Cuisine of India. Helmed by a nice Chef, the kitchen showcases a masterful blend of traditional Indian and innovative twists, resulting in dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. No meal at Ghandi Cuisine of India is complete without their exquisite dessert menu. “Gulab Jamun” is my classic favorite, with its soft caramelized sugar and subtle hints of cardamom giving way to a few more trips to the buffet. But perhaps what truly sets Ghandi Cuisine of India apart is its unparalleled service. The staff exudes genuine warmth and hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels like a cherished friend from the moment they arrive until the final farewell. In a world where dining experiences often come and go, Gandhi Cuisine of India stands as a timeless beacon of culinary excellence. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking an extraordinary meal, a visit to this enchanting establishment is sure to leave a lasting impression.Since then, for 8 years, my wife and are frequent customers every week.“
“Saffron Bites in the UA Student Union, amazing! We were there for Vail staff day. Me and my friend choose Saffron Bites to eat at. With the building overwhelmed with hungry patrons, the employees at Saffron Bites handed out samples and endlessly helped us through the ordering of our food. They were so patient and helpful. We were so glad we ate there. Thank you! Your customer service is tops! What a great experience and great food.“
“Walked into the restaurant at 4:45pm only to be told that they weren’t open yet by a rather snippy person (why were doors open??). Came back about 30 minutes later and were seated. Waitress didn’t seem to know a lot about the food and repeated our order at least 4 times (nice to make sure she was getting what we wanted but slightly annoying). Food was good and appetizers were great but constant interruptions to fill up our water throughout the meal wasn’t warranted. We will return again to hopefully better service!Dietary restrictions: Great place for gluten free options“
