“Good Mexican food. It's a little pricey, but everything is anymore. Don't expect much once you get your food. You're on your own. A decent salsa bar. Plastic utensils and paper plates. Cold beer and mixed drinks. I wouldn't recommend this place for a hot date, but it's good for a quick lunch and cold one. I think they are focusing on to go orders more than in house dining.Parking: Large wide open gravel parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Long wide entry ramp.“
“First time getting carry-out from Charquitas Mexican Food. WOW, what good food! Prepared perfectly and quickly so we could get on our way. The helpings were so generous we had leftovers for dinner tonight. WIN! Only a very short jump off the main road and definately worth it!“
“Everything is lightly seasoned and nothing tasted dry.Our waitress Amanda was amazing. We never saw the bottom of our glasses, she was upbeat, friendly, and polite.They had tortilla chips with salsa and bean dip while you wait for your food. The salsa is mild and the bean dip is decent. It is blended beans and cheese. Only complaint is the tortilla chips had a strange after tasteThe fajitas here are next level amazing. They put some kind of sauce on the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas. We could not get enough of it.The enchiladas were delicious. The red sauce didn't have a strong flavor like other places but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The flavor that was there was savory.The French fries nachos had extra crispy fries. All the ingredients blended together very well. Only complaint was the pico de gallo had to much raw onion for my taste.The Crunchy beef (carne asada) taco was good but like the tortilla chips it had a strange after taste.“
“I made a special request to my friends in Vail to stop at Fito's for dinner after we went out to watch the sunset in the snow.We went through drive through. Ordering was quick and so was the food.It was a good as I remembered.They serve the very best refried beans and I love refried beans.“
